Preschool Teacher Qualifications -
- This is a bilingual preschool. We hire both English and Chinese teachers.
English teachers need to be native speakers of English. Chinese teachers
need to be native speakers of Mandarin and also fluent in English.
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably majored in Early Childhood
Education.
- Good understanding of both American and Chinese cultures.
- High level of dedication to children and education. Motivated
and responsible.
- Ability to develop and implement course curriculum. Innovative
instructional methods and techniques are preferred.
- Good communication skills with students, parents and coworkers.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
Chinese Teacher Qualifications -
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in a major related to
Education or Chinese.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Good understanding of both the Chinese and American cultures.
- High level of dedication to children and education. Motivated
and responsible.
- Ability to develop and implement course curriculum. Innovative
instructional methods and techniques are preferred.
- Good communication skills with students, parents and coworkers.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
Other Teacher Qualifications -
We welcome teachers in all subjects or those with special skills
- English, math, art, music, Chinese martial arts, crafts, board
games, etc.
